Eddie was a legendary pianist whose innovative fusion of Afro-Caribbean rhythms with jazz harmony revolutionized Latin music. A career spanning over 60 years, a multiple Grammy Award winner, Eddie was widely regarded as one of THE most important figures in salsa and Latin jazz history.
